Health Policy Media Representation Issue Framing Higher Education Policy Public Sector Governance Ombudsman Practice
I am a Visiting Researcher in Political Science at Campus Saint-Jean and simultaneously serve as Graduate Ombudsman at the University of Alberta. I earned a B.A. (Hons) and MPA at the University of Montana (United States), a PhD from the University of Alberta (Canada), and completed a postdoctoral fellowship at the Centre national de la recherche scientifique (France).
My research interests include health care policy, media representation and issue framing, post-secondary education policy, governance (administrative fairness and equity), and conflict resolution in the higher education and health care sectors.
