My expertise includes PCR, Protein Purification, Quantification, Quality control, DNA Fingerprinting, DNA Quantification, and Purification. In addition, I have a sound understanding of Genome based SNP mining through-SNPs based Bioinformatics pipeline analysis and Population Genetics based studies.  

I have been recognized for my exceptional ability and expertise in the use of molecular markers, including SNPs, RFLP, SSR, AFLP, Genotyping-by-sequencing (GBS), VNTRs, and other techniques. My continuous learning has allowed me to educate myself about bioinformatics pipelines, molecular markers, and their applications in diagnostic purposes of various viral diseases, genome wide studies and population genetic based studies.
