About

After high school I attended McGill University where I obtained my Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, and played CIS Volleyball (go Martlets!). I then completed my MD, Internal Medicine residency and Infectious Disease fellowship at the University of Alberta. In my "spare time" I'm pursuing a Masters of Science in Healthcare Quality Improvement from Queens University.

While my Calgarian roots are strong, I am happily settled in Edmonton with my husband for over a decade. We have two young children, and on weekends love exploring Edmonton's beautiful River Valley, enjoying all of its festivals and cruising the local farmer's markets.

Clinical Interests

I practice general adult infectious diseases at the Royal Alexandra Hospital, provide care for people living with HIV, and have a role with AHS Infection Prevention and Control.

Teaching

I teach residents and medical students through the Infectious Disease teaching service at the Royal Alexandra Hospital, and supervise residents in their Infection Prevention and Control rotations and projects.
