About
Asha Rao is currently appointed as Faculty General Manager for the Faculty of Medicine and Dentistry. Previously have been Assistant Chair for the Departments of Pediatrics (2020), Electrical and Computer Engineering (2009-2020), Mechanical Engineering (2017-2019) and Psychology (2001-2009). Began University career in Student Services in the Faculty of Arts 27 years ago (1996-2001). Proud alumnus of the University having completed a BCom (1996) and a B ED (1991).
