Research Interests
My research is focused on the way in which contexts, ideas, interests and institutions interact in public policy formulation. I have published extensively on research questions related to this, specifically in health policy. My most recent work was on health policy reform in Canada. I am currently working on a research project on accountability in health care and a new book on health policy in Alberta. My most recent book Alberta: A Health System Profile was published in the fall of 2021.
