Extroverted with a bias for action and a dry sense of humour, I've guided the development of a strategic people-first OCM practice at the U of A since summer 2023. I have led activities on several high profile initiatives including the IST Freshservice Implementation, the Research Data Storage Service, Google Workspace Changes and Computer Procurement Process Improvement. I do not shy away from critical feedback and I care deeply about aligning the community’s input with the university’s vision and strategic technology projects. I am currently working on a part-time Masters of Business Administration at the Alberta School of Business.
