Extroverted with a bias for action and a dry sense of humour. I've guided the development of a thoughtful people-first OCM practice at the U of A since Summer 2023. I have supported or led activities on several high profile projects including the IST Freshservice implementation, the Research Data Storage Service, and Google Workspace Changes. I do not shy away from prickly situations and I care deeply about weaving the University's feedback, vision and strategy into high quality project deliverables. I am currently working through a part-time MBA at the University of Alberta on top of my professional work.
