Kaitlyn joined the Department of Medicine in August 2025 as a Clinical Academic Staff Compliance Specialist, where she supports the faculty lifecycle process and contributes to departmental excellence and effectiveness. She holds a diploma in Human Resource Management from NAIT and has been with the University of Alberta since 2013. Prior to joining the Department of Medicine, Kaitlyn worked in the Department of Surgery, where she supported faculty recruitment and appointments, administered fellowship programs, and contributed to a wide range of departmental operations.
