HE ED 110 - Introduction to Personal Health and Well-Being

An individual-based analysis of physical fitness and personal health and wellness. Emphasis is on planning and managing one's own lifestyle for health and well-being within the context of the current health care system. The blended format of the course will allow application of health information to personal context. Students will attend one lecture, complete online activities, and attend one seminar each week. Open to all students.

Fall Term 2020
KIN 311 - Assessment of Fitness and Health

Students will gain knowledge in fitness, health and research appraisal. Emphasis will be given to validity and reliability of various assessments and factors involved in the assessment of performance and health assessment. Prerequisites: KIN 200 and KIN 109, or KIN 309 or STAT 141 or 151. Note: Credit will be granted for only one of KIN 311 or PEDS 311.
