About
Muhammad Adil's current research focuses on optimizing blast designs and improving stope stability in underground metal mining operations in Manitoba, with a particular emphasis on innovative stemming materials and their impact on surrounding rock behavior.
He is currently pursuing a PhD in Mining Engineering at University of Alberta. In addition to his research, he serves as a secondary instructor for the Rock Mechanics Lab and as a Graduate Teaching Assistant for the undergraduate course in Drilling, Blasting & Explosives.
Research
Muhammad Adil has a research interest in the field of Rock Mechanics, Stability of Mines, Geotechnical investigation of rock strata and stability of underground stopes.
