Dr. Randy Pratama is a researcher who has worked and demonstrated steadfast commitment to his research and substantial contribution in the field of enhanced oil recovery. He has deeply engaged and worked in investigating post-SAGD (Steam-Assisted Gravity Drainage) efficiency improvement strategies by establishing more energy-efficient and zero greenhouse gas (GHG) emission recovery methodology in achieving a more sustainable hydrocarbon production, which is a crucial issue for the Albertans and Canadian economy and environment. His dedication and scholarly output are evidenced by his numerous publications in top-tier journals and conference papers. Dr. Pratama received his BSc degree in Petroleum Engineering from Bandung Institute of Technology. Building upon this foundational knowledge, he furthered his scholarly pursuits by pursuing advanced degrees at the University of Alberta, where he earned both his MSc and PhD degrees in Petroleum Engineering. Throughout his rigorous academic journey, Dr. Pratama demonstrated unwavering dedication and scholarly acumen, specializing in Petroleum Engineering.
