AUEPS 258 - Educational Psychology for Teaching

Introduction to the fundamental concepts and issues in educational psychology. The focus is on the child from preschool to adolescence through examination of learning and instruction, individual differences, motivation, assessment, and classroom management. Prerequisite: AUPSY 102 (2016) or AUPSY 103.

AUSTA 153 - Introductory Applied Statistics

Introduction to elementary statistical concepts designed to provide an understanding of how statistics can be used to analyze real world phenomena. Emphasis is on applications in the field of business and economics. The student is required to use spreadsheet and other statistical software to analyze and examine statistical data. Prerequisite: Mathematics 30-1 or 30-2.
