Ashley Bosch

Ashley began her career in the Department of Medicine at the University of Alberta in 2016 and currently serves as an Academic Staff Compliance Specialist, supporting academic staff through recruitment, onboarding, and off-boarding processes, and providing guidance from hiring through separation. She joined the Division of Endocrinology in 2016 and transitioned to the Chair’s Office in June 2021, where she provided direct support to the Department Chair. She earned a Human Resources certificate from the University of Alberta in 2024 and formally moved into the Academic Staff Compliance Specialist role in October 2024, bringing continuity and strong institutional knowledge to the position.
