About
Sharon has over 20 years of international experience working in academia and uses her expertise in writing and communications to support research funding acquisition. Along with grant writing, she coordinates the reporting, budgeting, knowledge transfer and mobilization activities, and sponsor engagement events required for funded research programs.
Further work includes editing and advising on a range of academic materials, such as peer-reviewed journal papers, book chapters, manuscripts, funding reports, and awards applications.
Sharon has been with the Faculty of Engineering at the University of Alberta since July 2018, leveraging her skills for the Transportation Engineering research group.
