About

I am interested in research related to child well-being using existing administrative and survey data. My research is mostly policy relevant and has strong involvement from policy makers. They participate in major parts of the research cycle such as developing research questions, acquiring and linking relevant data, interpretation of results and distribution of the final products.

The research areas I am interested in includes child health, broad determinants of health, child mental health, child care, foster care and child welfare system, special education, Aboriginal child health, developmental trajectory of youth who are involved in justice system and effectiveness of public programs and services.
