Description
The Department of Mathematical and Statistical Sciences at the University of Alberta invites applications for a tenure-track assistant professor position in mathematical finance. The start date of the position is July 1, 2025. We offer an excellent research environment with a standard teaching assignment of 2.5 courses per year. The successful candidate will establish their own research program, supervise graduate students, and teach both graduate and undergraduate courses.

Applicants must have a PhD degree completed prior to the start date of this position. They must demonstrate outstanding promise and significant achievements in research in mathematical finance. A strong commitment to graduate and undergraduate teaching is essential.
