This position has a term length of August 18, 2025 to April 17, 2026.

Location - This role is in-person. Work primarily takes place at Augustana Campus, Camrose.

Position

Students hired for this position will have a supervisory role for the Campus Visits Program. Coordinating Ambassadors, events, scheduling and facilitating meetings to aid the recruitment team in supporting tours and events on campus for prospective students and their supporters.

Duties

  • Communication with Ambassadors.
  • Help coordinate events as well as lead campus tours.
  • Office work that pertains to filing, tracking, and scheduling.
  • Involved in engaging current and future student ambassadors.
  • Attend weekly meetings with the Incoming Student Experience Coordinator to keep the Campus Visits Program moving forward.
  • Plan and facilitate monthly meetings with Ambassadors to disseminate information.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma and at least one semester of post-secondary education completed.
  • Full-Time Student Status enrolled at Augustana Campus.
  • Previous leadership involvement on campus through various student organizations or Ambassador volunteering is an asset.
