Position Summary

This is a position within the Transportation Services group that provides customer service, administrative support and work order transaction processing functions for the fleet. The role demands a blend of exceptional customer service skills and meticulous process-driven execution.

Duties 

  • Monthly end billing from the Fleet Commander rental system
  • Purchase order and PCard management
  • Work order administration
  • Fuel inventory management and billing
  • Accident repair and claims coordination
  • Vehicle Insurance and registration

Minimum Qualifications

  • Grade 12 diploma supplemented with training in Fleet Management systems or similar applications
  • Minimum three years of administrative experience
  • Computer proficiency in a Windows environment and Google Suite
  • Strong written, oral and organizational skills
  • Strong time management, conflict management and multitasking skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Fleet Management software is an asset
