Position Summary
This is a position within the Transportation Services group that provides customer service, administrative support and work order transaction processing functions for the fleet. The role demands a blend of exceptional customer service skills and meticulous process-driven execution.
Duties
- Monthly end billing from the Fleet Commander rental system
- Purchase order and PCard management
- Work order administration
- Fuel inventory management and billing
- Accident repair and claims coordination
- Vehicle Insurance and registration
Minimum Qualifications
- Grade 12 diploma supplemented with training in Fleet Management systems or similar applications
- Minimum three years of administrative experience
- Computer proficiency in a Windows environment and Google Suite
- Strong written, oral and organizational skills
- Strong time management, conflict management and multitasking skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Fleet Management software is an asset
