Working for the Parking Services

Parking Services provides parking and traffic management services to the campus community.

Position Summary

The main duties are to sell parking to the university community, including staff, students and visitors. 

This position also provides admin support to the front office operations of Parking Services.

Duties 

  • Manage the mail and order supplies
  • Provide record management for the parking operations
  • Sell vehicle and bicycle parking permits to students, staff, faculty and visitors, as well as outside contractors
  • Accept payments of citations and other parking-related sales
  • Answer customer inquiries (in person, phone and email) and solve parking-related issues according to the parking services standard operating protocol

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School
  • Prior customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior interaction with technology as a work tool
  • Computer proficiency with Microsoft and Google applications

Preferred Qualifications

  • An understanding of Parking Operations systems is a strong asset, including the ability to navigate software such as T2 FlexPort and Iris, Offstreet, Honk, and Genetec Camera system software
