HE ED 110 - Introduction to Personal Health and Well-Being
An individual-based analysis of physical fitness and personal health and wellness. Emphasis is on planning and managing one's own lifestyle for health and well-being within the context of the current healthcare system. The student-centred, applied learning approach of the course will promote relevance and use of health information to personal context. Open to all students.
KIN 472 - Physical Activity for Individuals with Physical Impairments
An examination of instructional models and program implementation considerations for creating and augmenting physical activity opportunities for persons with physical impairments. The assumptions underlying actions which include and exclude will be examined. Prerequisite: KRLS 207. Note: Credit will be granted for only one of KIN 472 or PEDS 472.
