DRAMA 150 - Making and Performing Theatre

Dramatic improvisation as an introduction to the process of acting and to dramatic form. Prerequisite: consent of Department. Note: Restricted to BA Drama Majors, BA (Honors) Drama students, BEd (Secondary) Drama Majors, and BFA (Technical Theatre; Stage Management) students, or admission by consent of Department based on successful completion of Drama 30 or equivalent. Note: Not to be taken by students with credit in DRAMA 149.


DRAMA 383 - Introduction to Directing

Fundamentals of directing explored through practical exercises. Prerequisites: One of DRAMA 257, 370, 378 and/or consent of Department. Note: Priority given to BA Drama Majors, BA (Honors) Drama students, BEd (Secondary) Drama Majors, and BFA (Theatre Design; Technical Theatre; Stage Management) students.


DRAMA 455B - Acting in Rehearsal and Performance

Note: Restricted to BFA Acting students.


DRAMA 458 - Advanced Acting Technique II

Study of, and practice in, the main period styles of acting. Prerequisite: DRAMA 456. Note: Restricted to BFA (Acting) students.


DRAMA 683 - Essentials of Directing

Theory and practice of the essential aesthetic tools directors employ in their craft. Note: Restricted to Graduate students in Drama, or by consent of the Department.
