This course introduces undergraduate students to the principles and practices of project management in the consulting industry. Designed for future consultants and business professionals, it covers how to effectively plan, execute, and close projects while managing constraints such as resources, schedule, scope, and team dynamics. Students will gain practical experience through a real-time simulation that explores the complexities of managing projects through rapid experimentation. The course also emphasizes stakeholder communication, client relationship management, team leadership, risk mitigation, negotiation, and delivering benefits and value. Case forum discussions of relevant project management and consulting case studies will deepen students' ability to analyze challenges, evaluate options, and present strategic recommendations.
