Intensive course designed to develop further the comprehension, speaking, writing, reading skills acquired in Beginners' German through classroom instruction, excursions, and immersion experience, including living in a German home. Improvement in overall fluency, enhanced knowledge of the culture of the German-speaking countries and review of key grammatical concepts are integral to the course. Prerequisite: One of AUGER 102, demonstration of AUGER 102 equivalency by means of a placement exam administered by the instructor, one year Beginners' German at a Canadian university. Note: Credit may be obtained for only one of AUGER 200, 201, 202. Requires payment of additional student instructional support fees.
