A four-month work placement for Augustana Faculty students. The focus of the work experience will be for the student to gain an appreciation of the work environment. Evaluation will be based on the employer's performance appraisal, the work-integrated learning coordinator's site evaluation report, and the student's performance on the work-term assignments, which reinforce and develop the competencies introduced in the orientation seminar, including but not limited to reflective practices, accessibility and decolonization in the workplace. Prerequisite: Completion of the Augustana Cooperative Education Orientation Seminar and consent of the Faculty.
