Explores the development and implementation of elementary language arts programs in schools. The roles played by teachers, consultants and administrators in developing, implementing, refining and monitoring language arts programs are analyzed in relation to concepts of leadership in language arts. Prerequisite: EDEL 505 or consent of Department.
