Changes to the OHS act and Alberta Human Rights legislation underscore its importance. This overview will provide you with foundational knowledge regarding the importance of EDI and as well as the language and framework for implementing elements of EDI in your workplace. You will learn the meaning of equity, diversity, and inclusion and their relationship to one another. Further, this course will provide you with the tools to identify gaps and cusses in relating to EDI.
