An introduction to legal analysis and critical thought. Through an exploration of contemporary legal issues, students will strengthen core legal skills of critical thinking, issue spotting, risk assessment, creative persuasion, and logical analysis. Prerequisite: LAW 201 or LAW 101. Not available to students in the J.D. program.
