Instruction in the fundamentals of legal research, analysis and communication. Students will develop their analytical, research, communication and drafting skills and become familiar with proper citation methods through a variety of practice-related tasks. Exercises in oral communications, advocacy skills and/or a moot court presentation may also be included. Not available to students in the J.D. program or students who have taken LAW 405.
