Explore historical and contemporary perspectives on nursing pedagogy, with emphasis on the language, concepts, and theories that have shaped education in nursing. Underlying influences such as empirical, behaviourist, emancipatory, and interpretive philosophies will be examined as these perspectives interact with the dynamics of politics, economics, gender, culture, and power as experienced by learners in nursing.
