HE ED 110 - Introduction to Personal Health and Well-Being

An individual-based analysis of physical fitness and personal health and wellness. Emphasis is on planning and managing one's own lifestyle for health and well-being within the context of the current health care system. The blended format of the course will allow application of health information to personal context. Students will attend one lecture, complete online activities, and attend one seminar each week. Open to all students.

KIN 100 - Human Anatomy

KIN 400 - Human Gross Anatomy

The course is designed to provide in-depth information on the structure of the human body. Lectures and laboratories emphasize the anatomical relationship in the extremities and the trunk as they relate to human movement, athletic therapy, and fitness. Lectures are followed by dissections of the human body and prosection demonstrations. Prerequisite: KIN 100. Note: Credit will be granted for only one of KIN 400 or PEDS 400.
