Learn application of client needs assessment research and problem solving techniques; human/spatial considerations in design; schematics and preliminary planning; design concepts of furniture grouping considerations; functional layouts for individual rooms, room groupings and storage areas; and basic residential structural, mechanical and electrical systems diagrams. Prerequisite: EXRI 4677
