SEM 501 examines the complex and dynamic challenges of leading people across organizational levels. Using an evidence-based approach, the course addresses talent management, organizational culture, team leadership, knowledge sharing, innovation, equity, diversity, inclusion, reconciliation, and change management. Contemporary issues such as Indigenous perspectives on leadership, employee well-being, ethics, artificial intelligence, and leading in hybrid environments are also explored.
