This course introduces concepts, frameworks, and strategies for supporting secondary students' language and literacy development in English and in their home languages. Students will develop teaching strategies to support the language development and literacy practices of all students across the curriculum. Corequisites: EDFX 350 and courses in the Introductory Professional Term (IPT) for the Secondary Education Route. Note: Successful completion of the on-campus portion of the IPT is required prior to being granted permission to continue into EDFX 350.
