Topics include X-ray diffraction, crystal symmetry, experimental methods, structure solution, refinement, crystallographic software, and interpretation of crystal structure data. Prerequisite: CHEM 243 and one 300-level CHEM course; or CHEM 333; or consent of the instructor.
