PHARM 521 - Critical Analysis of Evidence in Practice

Focus is on the synthesis of evidence from various sources and addresses complex issues in pharmacy practice to build on the student's understanding of study design, evidence-based clinical practice, and critical appraisal. Students will gain experience by using a variety of information sources to discuss drug information assignments and practice enhancement issues. This capping course is designed to evaluate students' ability to integrate knowledge and skills in pharmacy practice. Provides a forum for students to integrate experience gained through coursework with their professional practice and experiential learning.
