The Entrepreneurial Workshop is focused on entrepreneurship and commercialization in the field of sensorimotor, adaptive and rehabilitation technologies. Workshop themes develop knowledge and skills for the modern, health technology workplace and are informed by industry and academic leaders who have created successful enterprises. A particular focus is on developing an understanding of the ingredients for success in growing an idea from the discovery phase in an academic setting to a successful and impactful product in an enterprise setting.

This seminar is designed to allow students in the doctoral program to learn more about the scope of research in rehabilitation science. Students attend seminars presented by staff and/or graduate students in the Faculty of Rehabilitation Medicine and other health science faculties. Rehabilitation Science PhD students must enroll in this course twice, once in each of the first two semesters of their program, for a total of 2 credit units in Rehab 603.
