An advanced, two-term, research placement course where students complete chemical-based exploratory research under the direction of a faculty member of the Department. Research, professional development and seminar components are involved, preparing undergraduates to further build strong chemical foundations to succeed in graduate, industry, or professional school programs. Prerequisites: 4th-year standing in a Chemistry Honors or Chemistry Major program, two 300-level Chemistry courses, minimum GPA of 3.00, consent of instructor.
