An introduction to the scholarly literature on the theory and practice of leadership. Course content draws on humanities and social science disciplines to analyze effective leadership. The course uses experiential learning to explore topics such as: emotional intelligence, cognitive bias, power and privilege, communication, teamwork, and adaptive leadership.
