Human Resource Management is one of the key parts of any sport, recreation, and tourism organization. This course offers an introduction of the roles, theories, and functions of Human Resource Management in the industry. Key topics include, but are not limited to, recruitment and selection, training and development, motivation, performance management, and access, community, and belonging. Note: Credit will be granted for only one of RLS 235 or RLS 335. Prerequisite: KRLS 105.
