This will be a project-based course that will give our students the opportunity to apply knowledge from all areas of business understanding and skills to helping solve a problem faced by a business, organization, or community. Where possible real-world problems and challenges will be addressed. Prerequisite: BUS 303.

EDPY 303 - Educational Assessment

This course will introduce students to the complexity of classroom assessment as a means of supporting and measuring student learning. The intent of this course is to develop an understanding of important concepts and issues in the evaluation of a learner's knowledge and skills, and to develop competence in constructing instruments and processes to evaluate learner performance. For Elementary Education Route students: Corequisites: EDFX 325 and courses in the Introductory Professional Term (IPT). For Secondary Education Route students: Corequisites: EDFX 350 and courses in the Introductory Professional Term (IPT). Note: Successful completion of the on-campus portion of the IPT is required prior to being granted permission to continue into EDFX 325 or EDFX 350.
