This course explores the principles and practices of corporate governance from an executive perspective. Students examine the roles and responsibilities of boards, executives, and stakeholders in ensuring accountability, ethical leadership, and strategic oversight. Topics include governance frameworks, risk management, regulatory compliance, organizational ethics, and board-executive dynamics. Emphasis is placed on applying governance best practices to enhance organizational performance, resilience, and stakeholder trust. Restricted to Executive MBA students only.
