The process of social change through social movements, industrialization, etc. Note: Not to be taken by students with credit in SOC 300.

SOC 473 - Sociology of Death and Dying

Comparative examination of death and dying in socio-cultural contexts, including theoretical and methodological issues. Prerequisite: SOC 100 or consent of instructor.
